David’s concentration of practice is Mineral and Environmental Law, Real Property and Contract Litigation, Insurance Defense and General Practice. David is a graduate of Miami University where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Finance in 2002. He received his Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2005. David was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2005. David is a member of the Pike County Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Sandy Valley Habitat for Humanity from 2007 until the present; a member of the Board of Directors of Coal Education Development and Resource (CEDAR) from 2009 until the present; A member of the Pikeville Rotary Club from 2006 until the present, serving on its Board of Directors beginning in 2014; and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce beginning in 2014. David also serves on the Board of Directors for The Elliott Company and its related entities from 2012 until the present.
